A veve is a sigil that calls a lwa — a spirit — into the room. Traditionally drawn on the ground in cornmeal, ash, or coffee, it is a sacred invitation.
We use them with care, in consultation with practitioners. The pieces that carry them are not costume. They are offerings worn outward.
